Growth Systems
AI Visibility.
SEO · GEO · AEO.
People find businesses through search engines and, more and more, through AI assistants. We make yours easier to find, to understand and to cite — as one part of the systems we design and build.
SEO · GEO · AEO
Three words, one purpose.
01
SEO
Visibility in search engines: being found when people search for what you do.
02
GEO
Understanding and visibility in generative AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.
03
AEO
Being surfaced as a direct answer to high-intent questions: the answer itself, not one link among ten.
What we address
01
Hard to find
The business does not appear when people search for what it does, where it does it.
02
Hard to understand
Assistants describe the business vaguely or not at all, because its site and its listings do not say clearly what it offers, for whom and where.
03
Rarely cited
Answers cite directories and other businesses, not the business’s own pages.
04
Not measured
Nobody knows where the business appears today, so nobody can tell whether anything improves.
Approach
We start with the questions your customers ask.
01
Understand
The questions your customers ask, in their words and their market, and what the business really offers.
02
Design
The pages, content and structured data that answer those questions clearly, for people first.
03
Build
Fixes, content, structured data, citations and reviews, shipped in short, visible cycles.
04
Grow
We measure where the business appears, learn from it and keep improving what works.
What we look at
What we observe, what we improve.
We observe
- Whether the business appears in answers to its customers’ questions
- How assistants describe it, and in which words
- Which sources the answers cite
- Which other businesses they name
- How its pages appear in search results
We improve
- Content that answers real questions
- Structured data
- Site structure and speed
- Citations and listings
- Reviews
- One consistent name, offer and place everywhere
Measurement
One answer is a sample, not a verdict. Assistants answer differently from one run to the next, so we ask each question several times and report whether you appear before where you rank.
01
Samples, not single answers
Each question is asked more than once, in each assistant, because one answer can differ from the next.
02
Presence before rank
We report first whether the business appears at all; a place in a list that changes on every run means little.
03
The same questions over time
We keep the same questions from one measurement to the next, so what changes can be compared.
Ways to start
01
AI visibility test
A first, blind look: the questions your customers ask, the answers the assistants give, and whether your business appears in them.
02
AI visibility audit
A review of your site, content, structured data, citations and reviews, compared with the businesses the assistants name, with a prioritised plan.
03
AI visibility programme
The fixes, content, structured data, citations and reviews, delivered in cycles, with regular measurement of where you appear.
FAQ
Questions about AI visibility.
What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?
SEO is visibility in search engines: being found when people search. GEO, generative engine optimisation, is being understood and surfaced by generative AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Claude. AEO, answer engine optimisation, is being surfaced as the direct answer to high-intent questions — the answer itself, not one link among ten.
How do you check what AI says about a business?
We never give the business’s name to the AI. We ask the questions its customers ask, in its market, and only then look for the business in the answers, with the sources they cite. Answers vary from one run to the next, so one check is a sample, not a verdict.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No, and nobody can. Generative AI systems decide what they cite, and their answers change. What we can do is make your business easier to understand — clear content, structured data, consistent citations and reviews — and measure where it appears over time.
Does AI visibility replace SEO?
No. Search engines and AI assistants draw on much of the same: a clear, fast website, content that answers real questions, structured data, citations and reviews. GEO and AEO extend SEO; they do not replace it.
Which assistants do you look at?
The ones your customers use: typically ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, alongside search engine results. The list follows where your customers ask.
Do we need a new website?
Not necessarily. We start from the site you have. When its structure or speed stops search engines or assistants from reading it well, we say so and propose what to change.
