A nightlife pass that makes going out simpler — from finding the right place to using an offer at the bar.

Hango back office on a desktop screen: analytics for the nightlife pass

Context

Hango is a Swiss mobile app for nightlife: bars, clubs, events and exclusive offers in your city, through a subscription pass. Between January and April 2026, the work combined UX research, a review of selected user journeys to find where interactions could be easier to understand and complete, and interface design with implementation in view. The UX/UI design covered the member app and the back office that follows the pass's activity.

  1. 01

    The challenge

Going out is decided quickly and often on the spot. The app had to take a new member from sign-up to a first offer in a few steps, make the pass and its value easy to understand, and give the team a clear view of how offers are used across partner venues.

  2. 02

    What we built

Mobile flows from onboarding and sign-in — Apple, Google or email — to a subscription offer with a free trial.

A home feed of events, venues and offers with filters, offer details, and a full-screen active offer to present at the bar.

In the back office, an analytics view of the pass: offers used, active passes and a breakdown by venue.

  3. 03

    The outcome

One coherent experience across the member app and the back office: clear steps from discovery to redemption, and a shared visual language between the two.

  • Hango onboarding and sign-in screens
  • Hango subscription offer with a free trial
  • Hango offer details, an active offer to show at the bar, and the home feed
