An AI platform that brings CRM, ERP and automations together in a single dashboard.

A platform that covers sales, communication and operations can quickly turn into a pile of screens. A business owner had to understand at a glance what the AI does for them, stay in control by correcting or approving every action, and find their leads, calendar and social media in one place. The website had to explain AI orchestration in simple terms and make visitors want to book a demo.

For the platform, the UX/UI design defined the user journeys and how the screens are organised: a single navigation by department (Communication, Sales, Human Resources, Fleet, Insurance) and a sales dashboard that puts the week's performance first, then assigned leads, the calendar and statistics. The social media module brings Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube into a single list of interactions, where the AI suggests a reply that the user edits or approves. A command bar, the OIA Prompt, lets users give instructions to the assistant.

For the website: a journey that sets out the promise, “Orchestrate artificial intelligence for your business”, shows the platform from the very first screen, then presents the key features (AI orchestration, data security and access control, automated actions), the subscription-based support and an FAQ, with “Book a demo” in the menu and on the home page.
