Context
DARA Estate is a property marketplace for Malta and Gozo. More and more buyers, renters and investors now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity where to look for a property before they open a single portal. Pandorra Studio built DARA’s search and AI visibility from the ground up.

The challenge
A new marketplace starts with no authority. DARA had to be understood by search engines and AI assistants from launch, and be the answer people get when they ask where to rent or buy in Sliema, Valletta or Gozo.

What we built
SEO and GEO strategy: the questions buyers, renters and investors ask, mapped area by area.
Area pages: Valletta, Sliema, Mellieħa and Gozo, with prices, local life and live listings.
Structured data: listings, areas and the organisation, so search engines read DARA without guessing.
Answer-first content: buying rules for foreigners, rental prices and local terms, written to be quoted by AI assistants.
AI visibility tracking: how DARA appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
